How to Brew – Hot Tea
• Use 2 tsp of tea per 1 cup of just-boiled water
• Steep 5 minutes and strain
• Re-steep multiple times, adding a few minutes to each subsequent brew
• Delicious on its own or with a dollop of honey, agave, organic sugar, or a splash of apple juice

How to Brew – Hot Cider
• Use 2-3 tsp of tea per 1 cup of just boiled apple juice
• Steep 5 minutes in hot juice
• Strain and enjoy
• Adults only (optional): Add a shot of spiced rum or whiskey for a delicious holiday cocktail

How to Make a Spiced Apple Cider Latte
• Brew strong Spiced Apple Cider using 2–3 tsp of tea and ½ cup water
• Steam or heat ½ cup of your favorite milk (dairy or non-dairy)
• Add 2 tsp of honey, agave, or organic sugar to the hot tea
• Pour the warm milk over the brewed tea and stir gently

How to Brew – Warmed Mulled Wine
• Use 2-3 tsp of tea per 1 cup of warmed red wine (don't boil, just warm to temp)
• Steep 8 minutes
• Strain and enjoy

How to Brew – Iced Tea or Iced Cider
• Brew 2–3 tsp of tea per 1 cup water, juice, or red or white wine
• Steep 12+ hours in cold water or wine on your counter or 15+ hours with juice, wine, or water in the fridge
• Strain and enjoy
• For larger batches: 2–3 tsp per 1 cup water = 1/3–1/2 cup brewed tea per 8 cups (half gallon) of water
