Our best-selling tea. We infuse the citrus notes of bergamot into our elegant flowery orange pekoe black tea with a bouquet of eye-candy flowers: deep-blue cyani petals, purple lavender, and magenta rose petals to create a delicately balanced floral, citrus, and bold yet oh-so-smooth black tea.
My personal favorite way to enjoy this classic is as a London Fog - add your favorite steamed milk or cream to a slightly stronger brewed tea (3 tsp /1 Tb per cup) and sweeten with local raw honey.
Ingredients (black leaf tea version): Organic and Fair Trade black tea, organic cyani flower petals, organic lavender petals, organic rose petals, organic bergamot extract.
Herbal Ingredients (rooibos version, caffeine-free): Organic and Fair Trade rooibos, organic cyani flower petals, organic lavender petals, organic rose petals, organic bergamot extract.
Instructions: Brew 1 tsp in 8oz cup hot water for 5 minutes. Strain. This tea can be brewed multiple times by adding a few minutes to the steep time.
2 oz makes 30 cups first steep, 60+ multiple steeps.
